When musician Jerome Adams flies into Cape Town for his estranged father’s funeral, he finds he has inherited his dad’s beloved Goema Club along with the care of “The Umbrella Men” minstrel troupe – and massive debts. Jerome thinks that robbing a bank will solve his problems, but as he reconnects with friends and community, he learns that he is part of a special place and that he has much to learn about himself.
