Thys Potgieter is a farmer with a big personality and big dreams to appear on stage as an actor. He doesn’t believe his friends or family will accept this side of him, and sneakily auditions for the amateur drama club’s musical. He lands the lead role, and now has to learn how to act, while stuck with a difficult director and having to hide the secret from his wife and the community.
