Stellenbosch \u2013<\/em><\/strong> The internationally acclaimed Spier Wine Estate is continuing its platinum sponsorship of the Toyota Stellenbosch Woordfees for another three years. <\/p>\n\n

Spier has been the official title sponsor of the festival\u2019s Spier Theatre programme since 2025 \u2013 a flagship genre that has showcased 55 world-class productions over the past year and which heads to the 2026 kykNET Fi\u00ebstas awards with 47 nominations. <\/p>\n\n

Saartjie Botha<\/strong>, director of the Toyota Stellenbosch Woordfees, says: \u201cFor decades, Spier has been a supporter of the arts and artist development. Through this longer term platinum sponsorship of the Toyota Stellenbosch Woordfees, they are also investing in the well-being and social cohesion of our local community, as well as showcasing Stellenbosch as a destination. The Toyota Stellenbosch Woordfees is privileged to be associated with Spier and everything the estate stands for.\u201d <\/p>\n\n

Spier also hosts a variety of items on the broader festival programme annually, ranging from four-course meals and workshops with their award-winning winemakers and cellar masters, to discussions about books, authors, and sustainable farming.
