Please note: Applications without an accompanying budget will be regarded as incomplete and will not be taken into consideration.

Early bird discount

If you submit your complete application before or on 22 December 2024, then the application fee is only R50.

Applications submitted after 22 December 2024

All applications must be accompanied by an administration fee. This is a once-off non-refundable amount (including VAT):

• R300 for all main festival applications (fee, profit share & partnership productions)
• R150 for students (main festival applications for fee, profit share & partnership productions)
