Who can join the Loyalty Programme?
Anyone who supports the Toyota Stellenbosch Woordfees in our pursuit to celebrate culture and community is welcome to join.
How long is my membership valid?
Membership is valid for the 2026 festival year and can be renewed for 2027.
When will I receive my benefits?
Benefits such as early ticket bookings and discount codes can be utilised from 12 June 2026. Printed festival guides will be delivered via courier from 12 June 2026. Festival Patrons will receive their festival guides at the Programme Launch. Invitations to functions will be sent nearer to the respective events, and all function dates will be communicated to members in good time.
Is my membership transferable?
No, membership is personal (or applicable to the two people in the case of the Festival Companions and Festival Patrons packages) and cannot be transferred to someone else.
How do discounts for shows work?
Members receive a 20% discount on debut and selected productions in the following genres: EasyEquities Writers Festival, Toyota Music Festival, Spier Theatre, Dance, Classical Music. You will receive a unique discount code to use on Quicket when booking your tickets. The code will be sent to you by 12 June 2026 and will be valid until 11 October 2026. The discount code is only valid for one ticket per production with the Festival Fan package, and two per production with the other packages where ticket discounts apply.
How does early ticket booking work?
Members can book tickets from 12 to 17 June 2026 – one full week before the general public gains access. The Toyota Stellenbosch Woordfees will contact you telephonically or via email to finalise your booking.
How do I receive my festival guide and Shuttle Service ticket?
Members will receive the printed festival guide per courier from 12 June 2026. Shuttle Service tickets will be sent via email or will be available upon request at a collection point before the festival begins.
What is the VIP Lounge and how does it work?
The VIP Lounge is an exclusive space where Festival Fellows, Festival Patrons, and Festival Philanthropists can enjoy refreshments and relax in the company of artists, festival partners, and industry role-players. Access requires a special accreditation card (which is collected one week before the festival).
What happens if I cannot attend a function I was invited to?
If you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the invitation to someone else. Unfortunately, invitations to functions cannot be exchanged for cash. Invitations are also not transferable.

- Invitations to special events (e.g., Woordfees Long Table, VIP breakfast) are exclusive to members of the applicable packages, and attendance must be confirmed before the specified deadline.

- The Toyota Stellenbosch Woordfees reserves the exclusive right to change or cancel any part of the loyalty programme, including packages, benefits, or timelines.
