Comrades-legende: Louis Massyn

In June this year Louis Massyn became the first person to complete the gruelling Comrades Marathon 50 times. In 403: The Louis Massyn Story, Francois van Zyl tells the story of the legend with 403 pinned to his vest, and about the pain, challenges and ultimate triumph of more than five decades on the road. Carel Nolte from EasyEquities, a member of the Comrades board, talks with Louis and Francois about the book, about Louis’s career as a long-distance athlete, and finds out what drives someone to set this kind of record.
