Enjoy a guided hike up Stellenbosch Mountain with Jan van Zyl, minister and mindfulness facilitator, and Naudé Jordaan, fitness specialist. The walk is undertaken in silence, although participants will take part in a meditation led by Jan. The mountain becomes our teacher as we watch daybreak and see things from a different perspective. The value of silence and breathing is increasingly recognised as essential for strengthening and nurturing spirituality.
