Evita Bezuidenhout is 90 years old! Still celebrated as the most famous white woman in South Africa, Tannie Evita believes that we must remember where we come from so that we can appreciate where we are going. As a member of the ANC who cooks for reconciliation, Gogo Evita also has three grandchildren who challenge her with TikTok questions she never thought she would have to answer. She doesn’t believe that we need a crystal ball to see what will happen to our country. The future of our beautiful democracy is certain; it’s just the past that’s unpredictable!
