About the Role
Customer service staff are the public face of the Toyota Stellenbosch Woordfees and play a vital role in ensuring that every festival-goer has a positive, efficient, and welcoming experience.

Excellent verbal communication skills in Afrikaans and English (additional languages are advantageous).

Friendly, professional, and approachable manner at all times.

Strong interpersonal and people skills.

Ability to provide accurate information regarding venues, performances, tickets, schedules, parking, shuttle services, and festival facilities.

Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure and during busy festival periods.

Organisational skills and attention to detail.

Basic computer literacy and confidence.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Punctual, reliable, and able to work flexible hours, and the duration of the festival

Professional presentation and adherence to the festival dress code.
- Assist patrons with ticket enquiries, bookings, exchanges, and collections.
- Welcome and direct visitors to venues and festival facilities.
- Provide information about performances, accessibility, parking, shuttle services, and festival logistics.
- Handle customer complaints and enquiries with empathy and efficiency.
- Liaise with venue staff, front-of-house teams, and festival management when necessary.
- Ensure a positive and inclusive experience for all festival attendees.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling customer information.
- Represent the Toyota Stellenbosch Woordfees brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and respect.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality,events, or front-of-house operations.
- Familiarity with the Stellenbosch area and Woordfees operations is beneficial.
