Moordballades: En ander minder vrolike verse uit die Groot Vreseboek

Journalist and TV director Chris du Plessis is back with his guitar, harmonica and an old Tupperware container full of melodic versions of Afrikaans verses from the first half of the 20th century and earlier. The poems are set to everything from traditional Celtic folk ballads and Zulu street guitar music to bluegrass and rock ‘n’ roll. Chris promises it’s a lot funnier than the title suggests.
