Die Khaya Café
Night owls who care deeply about the arts and social issues in South Africa don’t need to turn in early during the Woordfees. Chatterboxes and curious minds are invited to wrap up each festival day with a nightcap and stimulating conversation at Die Khaya Café, from 13 to 17 October at 21:00. Come early for Open Mic and stay late for the Afterpaartie. This year discussions are led by Kabous Meiring.

This year, nudity makes a comeback, language is spicier than ever, and stage violence is found on stages throughout South Africa. Do age restrictions still serve a purpose?
