Danger. Gevaar. Ingozi. Stay away. Lay down. We are not safe. The streets are running with blood from Gwa! Ba! Ba! Triggers are pulled but who calls the shots? Bullets fly through a backpack into the heart of a dream. Breaths are held, anxiety builds. It’s normal. Who calls the shots? holds up a magnifying glass on gun violence in South Africa and how it affects our communities and children.
