WOW SCHOOL MEDIA WORKSHOP

This interactive full-day program follows the school media workshops that were held earlier this year. School newspaper editorial teams and their educators experience the Woordfees in search of stories and great content for their school newspapers and newsletters. This session focuses on the art of journalism and shares practical tips on how to publish a school newspaper or newsletter that is interesting, readable and relevant. Participants will learn which stories matter, conduct interviews and write stories themselves. We will also share information about the WOW school media competition.
