Please note: Applications without an accompanying budget (where requested) will be regarded as incomplete and will not be taken into consideration.

DISCOUNT

• Early bird discount: Only R50 if you submit your full application before or on 9 February 2026.

For applications submitted after 9 February 2026:

All applications must be accompanied by an administration fee. This is a once-off non-refundable amount:

• R300 for all main festival applications
• R150 for students
