The 2026 Toyota Stellenbosch Woordfees beckons, and with our theme, “It’s About Time”, we challenge you to make some time for an awe-inspiring spring break in the winelands. This year, there are more than 400 entertaining programme items to choose from, and we know time is a scarce commodity. If time is your biggest challenge, the Easy Festival Packages are tailor-made to simplify the choice of what to see and experience. These packages have been curated to offer the best festival experience in a single day. There are only a limited amount of packages available for each festival day, and they can be purchased available for purchase from 15 to 30 September. EasyEquities members receive 20% off.

What does an Easy Festival Package include?

  • 3 tickets to festival shows
  • 1 Toyota Shuttle Service day pass
  • 1 day pass for parking in Koch Street

How does it work?

Step 1: Choose your preferred shows per time slot:

  • MORNING – choose one of the two suggested shows
  • AFTERNOON – choose one of the two suggested shows
  • EVENING – choose one of the two suggested shows


Step 2: Pay for your package(s) and receive your tickets via email within 24 hours.

  • Easy Festival Packages are only available for purchase from 15 to 30 September 2026, or up until the available packages have sold out.
  • Only a limited number of packages are available each festival day, and all packages are subject to availability.
  • Each package includes 3 shows: one morning, one afternoon and one evening show, as selected from the available options.
  • Each package also includes 1 Toyota Shuttle Service day pass and 1 day pass for parking in Koch Street.
  • Each package is only valid for the specific date and shows selected at the time of purchase.
  • Tickets and package benefits are non-transferable and cannot be resold.
  • No refunds, exchanges, or credit will be granted after an Easy Festival Package has been purchased. This also applies in the event that a festival-goer is unable to attend a selected show or the festival.
  • Changes to selected shows, dates or time slots may only be approved by the Toyota Stellenbosch Woordfees, and are subject to availability. These changes cannot be guaranteed.
  • Should a specific show be cancelled or adjusted by the Toyota Stellenbosch Woordfees, festival-goers will be contacted directly regarding available options.
  • The Toyota Stellenbosch Woordfees reserves the right to change the content, availability, or composition of Easy Festival Packages if necessary.
  • Tickets will be sent via email within 24 hours of purchase. Buyers are responsible for providing the correct email address at the time of purchase.
  • Buyers are responsible for the safe keeping of tickets and must be able to present the applicable tickets at show venues, shuttle service stops, or the parking area.
  • Easy Festival Packages cannot be converted into cash or any other form of compensation.
  • By purchasing an Easy Festival Package(s), buyers agree to these terms and conditions.
