In the year 2050, global economic turmoil has destroyed the middle class in Cape Town, South Africa, which is now divided between the ultra-rich and the homeless. Ronald and a fellow homeless friend uncover a plot by the local government to “liquidate” the homeless population with an evil group of drugs called V. The film’s showing is followed by a Q&A with the filmmakers.
